We finally arrived in New Jersey! I’ll soon be heading over to rehearse with the band for tomorrow night’s event. We will be playing at the 150th Anniversary Celebration of Ocean Grove, NJ, which will be held outside at the Boardwalk Beach Pavilion. There will be many great bands and artists playing throughout the day and evening, such as Sanctus Real, Jackie Velazquez, David Pettigrew, and many more. I am scheduled to be going right after sunset, around 8:20pm. Recently I heard from someone who is driving fourteen hours just to make it there tomorrow night! I know with great anticipation, God always moves in a very special way; and I can’t wait to see and be a part of what He does. Please also pray for the many people who will be there in passing… to have ears to hear the word of God, and hearts that are changed forever. For more information on this event you can see the calendar on my Website or Facebook Page. On the following day (Sunday), I’ll be ministering in worship and song at Oasis Church in Clark, NJ. I am looking forward to this whole weekend, and am so thankful to be here in New Jersey! We will be back on the road early Sunday afternoon for our next engagement out of state. Stay tuned to our calendar and social media for more events to post soon.Late last night as we were stopping to fill up on diesel, I saw something that captured my eye. While crossing the parking lot, going from the convenient store to the RV, I spotted a tiny little plant bursting through a crack in the pavement. It literally stopped me in my tracks and commanded my attention. I felt the Lord speak, “Breakthrough!” I could feel the Holy Spirit ministering deeply to the core of my being. Many of us have been walking faithful with the Lord, believing Him for many things, as we set goals and do our best to accomplish what he has set out for us to do. Sometimes we can feel like we’ve hit a glass ceiling, aren’t progressing, or are stuck in a place that we just can’t seem to break through. The Lord reminds us, that no matter what it looks like… a closed door, an unfulfilled vision or dream, or a literal paved road over our heads; even in the darkest of circumstances, just like that little green plant, God can expand the hard places, that light may shine through, and we may spring forth! We serve the same God who parted the seas, who brought water from a rock, and who surely can split the pavement, and make a way where there is none. It’s time to break through!“Thus saith the Lord, which maketh a way in the sea, and a path in the mighty waters; Which bringeth forth the chariot and horse, the army and the power; they shall lie down together, they shall not rise: they are extinct, they are quenched as tow. Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.” Isaiah 43:16-19 Let it it be Lord… as we believe and stand on your word. There is breakthrough in the break through!
