A big thank you to everyone who posted such beautiful birthday wishes yesterday! It brought me so much joy to read them and think of you! The past month and a half has felt like a great big gift from the Lord as we’ve crossed 11 states from Indiana to California, ministering across America. We got to stop at some pretty awesome sights along the way and film for new episodes for Carnali Crew. Some of my favorites were The Petrified National Forest, The Blue Hole, Cadillac Ranch, The Painted Desert, Grand Canyon, and many more. Two weeks ago we had our first outdoor event of the season at Party in the Park in Lake Havasu City, AZ. That led us to an incredible week of ministry in Las Vegas, NV. Yesterday, we crossed the border into California and camped last night out here in the Mojave Desert. I’ll tell you, there is nothing like a morning desert sunrise. During our recent travels, I also was also able to record two new songs for the upcoming CD and film a new music video that I am so excited to share with you soon! I will be sure to keep you posted on the release. Today we are heading to Calvary Chapel Rancho Cucamonga, CA to celebrate the Resurrection Day of our Risen Savior at tomorrow’s 8:30am & 10:45am services.
Just as I celebrated the day of my birth yesterday, tomorrow we celebrate the first born among many brethren! Jesus Christ the son of God, rose from the dead, and now gives us the power to become the sons and daughters: born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, but of God!
If this has been a hard, dry, or even dead season in your life, the winds of change are here. Surrender it all to Jesus. Identify with him in his death and sufferings, and let the Spirit of God and his resurrection bring you back to life. Be filled with his grace, strength and power. As the church rises up, we will be led by the moving wind of his Holy Spirit, and be his mouth piece. Speak the life changing words of the gospel. Be his hands and feet, remembering what his hands and feet did for you. Jesus has risen just as he said! Now, we will rise up and live what we believe in. We will hold to the power of the cross.
